The hours of operation seem to be incorrect on google maps. They operate according to an updated schedule they had to make sure they update the hours of operation on google maps, was a waste of travel time for me.

Always get good service there. The staff are super friendly and helpful, particularly for those of us who aren't real outdoorsy.

The quality of clothing is really good . I bought some socks which after a month got holes in. The staff exchanged them for new socks. Also advised me of special wool fabrication to use.I was really impressed especially with Thomas

5 star to the man who tried to help me get my afterpay collection but didnt succeed but thanks anyways.1 star rating was for afterpay collection option (it still gets shipped from their warehouse even if its instock and you click instore pick up)It takes the same time as delivery. Kathmandu call centre for customer service won't cancel your purchase or change it to delivery and kept arguing that even if its stock its for ppl who shops instore which is silly i basically ordered online to get instore so stop making excuses, your prices are overprice so who the hell wont afterpay your stuff and it goes up to borrow money anyways.I did however rang up to check in store if it was instock and i was going to purchase by afterpay.

I cannot express how friendly and helpful the staff are at this store. I am more than happy to go the extra distance to purchase items from them. I would even go out on a limb to say the staff are the most enjoyable customer service reps I have come across in a long time. Major props for product knowledge too!

Nice brand and good services

Very friendly & very helpful. They let you know that exchanging your product is too big or small is not a problem. They try to have everything in Stock but when they have Specials going at 40% off some things end up out of Stock, but they will look up the Computer to see if any of their other Stores have the product in their Stores for you.

Claire has exceptional customer service. Goes above and beyond for anyone who comes into store. Super friendly lady!

The team at the West Lakes store are amazing. We had a product that needed something replacing and the store went above and beyond to help us find a spare part to fix it. Some of the nicest staff you will find in Adelaide.

Heading to the snow in two months and had no idea what I needed. Claire and Wendy were an absolute guns, they help me find all the items to keep me warm while looking good at the same time. Amazing customer service!
