The food is excellent and the service is very, very good. The prices are average to slightly more expensive than some other hotel bistros in the area.However, the menu choices for people on special diets are far more extensive.Disabled access is very good, with a ramp at the front.The staff in the bistro are very helpful, friendly and polite. .They are happy to cater to specify dietary needs without having to ring the venue. It is best to wait until the line up isn't too busy, but the staff were very helpful.The bistro is family friendly, and has a Kids' Menu. Children are allowed in the bistro area.

On Friday I was there with a group of elderly people and we were treated so well by the staff. They were so patient and accommodating. Nothing was a problem. The meals were fantastic and the service was first class. I highly recommend dining here and will certainly be back on a regular basis. Could not fault them.

My partner and I came to try the new menu and we weren’t disappointed. The staff were all so friendly, and made sure we were comfortable.We ordered the garlic bread, Moroccan lamb and a side of coleslaw for our meals and there wasn’t one fault to our meals. The garlic bread was nice and hot, the lamb was cooked perfectly and all components of the dish worked well and balanced each other. Lastly the coleslaw tasted fresh and homemade. We loved every bit of our dinner, from the service to the food and the entire staff should feel exceptionally proud of themselves.Our compliments to the Chef for a brilliant menu and excellent staffing. Further complements to the restaurant supervisor for making excellent cocktails.

Delicious food, came in last Friday for a last minute function for a wake with the family. And amazing food. The wings were delicious’ , pizzas nice and crispy, and calamari was super fresh.It was a nice late lunch with my family, at one of his favourite places to eat.Thankyou to the chefs and staff that made this possible. We’re greatly appreciated.God bless

Went there for lunch and ordered of their lunch menu. Highly recommend it was so cheap and was delicious. I got the Cesar wrap with chips for $10. Very affordable for lunch. Go down for lunch you won’t regret it! Will definitely be going back again :)

Ranking as 4.5 stars. Menu is pretty good, but dishes vary in quality each time it's been ordered, including change of ingredients (without being advised until your dish is delivered) and availability of vegetarian/vegan options. The dining experience would really be upped if the salt and pepper were from grinders instead of shakers, but that's only minor. Overall, a basic pub meal is expected. Good family restaurant, not really a date night location if you want to be some place quiet away from kids.

Visited for Lunch today with Pop. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The lovely guy Jay who served me was very helpful and went above and beyond with my lunch requests without any complaints. Chef jay cooked my meal to perfection and pops meal aswell. Bar ladies were also very friendly and helpful. Thankyou for the great service and tasty lunch. We will definitely be coming back

Definitely need to book a table. First time diners. Children friendly. Nice staff. Delicious food, nice atmosphere. Will be going back. Would recommend Fitzy's.

I am sorry to say that my feedback is not positive. Went there for lunch today and after waiting for an hour for our meals to arrive, the food was very disappointing. And considering the quality, it was expensive $27 for fish and chips that were warm and tough!
