I cannot recommend The Water Shop enough. From purchasing and installation, to the ongoing maintenance service, every person that I've dealt with has been exceptional and professional. Their sales team are always extremely helpful whenever I've called, and their technicians are amazing! They turn up on time, professional, their work is impeccable and they leave my kitchen spotless! Couldn't ask for anything more - I have recommended The Water Shop to all my family and friends, and if you're after a quality product and exceptional ongoing service look no further. The water tastes amazing and I feel good knowing my family is drinking clean water that is so much better for their health.

I felt that the website and brochure is a bit misleading that no plumbing required . End up purchasing my first water filter and cannot install by ourselves and plumber told me have to change my entire tap for the installations.Very disappointing.

I would highly recommend The Water Shop for the quality products and customer service. They are flexible with their service times and keep you informed. They arrive within the time they allocate and inform you of. The serviceman is a great communicator who informs you of what he is going to do and discusses any options. This is the 3rd service my system has had and they are efficient and reliable. Well done and keep up the great service.

Really wanted to use this place. Went in to ask of they could supply and replace our water filter. (This was supplied as part of our kitchen Reno some time ago. ) was told they wouldn’t do it as they hadn’t supplied the filter. Could have been future business for them. Doesn’t feel like customer service to me.

Good service and nice staff. I bought a replacement filter in this shop and installed it in a wrong way with inlet installed on the outlet side and I was not able to unplug them. I phoned the shop and the staff said that a professional would give me a call shortly. I received a call in a few minutes and the guy learned my problem and he sent me a short video to solve the problem. Helpful staff and good product.

BE AWARE FAKE ADVERTISMENT !!!I bought the portable one because I was moving 2 months after to an other flat ,ended up that it doesnt fit on this new tap and they only give me ridiculous solucions like modifying my modern tap for a classic one , or installing it in the laundry or in a bathroom ?? Or to spend 400$ to install an undersink one ... I asked for the refound and they didnt want to although the advertisment said it will fit to your actual tap" not it fits to "most"tap waters..."
