Generally when you walk into a chemist the staff pounce on you & ask you if you need any help the second you walk in the door.I went here today to find some cold & flu medication.I stood there for several minutes trying to decide what medication was right for my symptoms & not once did a staff member come over to see if I needed help.When I eventually found the product I was after I went to the front counter to make my purchase & stood there for around a minute whilst the 3 ladies behind the counter finished their conversation & invited me over.This isn't the first time this has happened here. The reason I used this chemist twice now is due to the convenience of being in the shopping centre I was at. Otherwise I'd avoid it like the plague simply due to the fact customer service is terrible.

Amazing friendly caring staff . I am always met with happy smiles . Lillijana and her staff make you feel that you matter. Prescription use is always explained in great detail .Well done .

Absolutely should not be in business 3 times went in gave them in writing what I requested all wrong 3outof3 head chemist he is a joke and they have the cheek to blame you never again

I rate this chemist a zero but had to put 1 star to write a review. I live interstate but have gone into the chemist with my mum while visiting and every time I walk out I say why do you go there, they are so rude especially the little fat man in the white coat behind the counter (the so called chemist). He speaks to my 82yr old mum like she is stupid, even when she's not speaking to him he butts in.He needs to go back to school and do a etiquette course.

Beautiful and such professional staff. They are extremely helpful, but really care and show compassion.They always put a smile on everyone's face. Thank you so much.

Unfriendly staff, particular the women. Always leave feeling like you have been judged. Also, they take priority over who they like when it comes to high demand medication.Awful.

I’m not interested in using a chemist who puts up misleading and factual incorrect political information at their counter. the changes will help customers but this chemist is not interested. I’m finding a chemist who is more concerned for their customers. This chemist has just lost 12 scripts a month from my family.

Definitely agree with a review below.... I would have given Guardian Pharmacy at Corrimal Court ZERO stars if it was possible. The pharmacist is SO RUDE. Please avoid this place - there are so many better places to go.

Me and my family have been going here for years what a shame the the pharmacist now think their doctor”s my 89 year mother went on Friday she want a particular cough medicineDue to her coughing though the night and was told no and made to purchase. Something she didn’t want and I might add the medicine she was after is not on a Prescription. Then she was ask why she need her Ventolin as she had a script for that and was picking it up Really if A drAs give a script for ventolin then why are you questioning her You are not a dr you need to get off your high horse and go back to university and become the dr you think you are give the customer what they ask for and pay highly for
