Awful customer service. I feel like the staff are racist, and I got accused of being an onseller when I was genuinely looking to purchase Christmas gifts. I got told by the manager that I couldn’t receive the gift with purchase even though I spent well over $220 in order to “protect the integrity of a 5 generation family-run business.” I love Swarovski, but won’t be returning to the garden city store.

Went for a visit today to purchase the wife a birthday present, what a great experience. Candy, assisted us extensively and made us feel like we were the only ones in the store. A great range of reasonably priced jewellery. We will definitely be returning due to the great service we received.
