I visited My Brow Therapy last weekend and Britt is an absolute Angel! Prior to my appointment and meeting Britt, she already emulated professionalism and good customer service through her communication and thorough responses, due diligence and pre-appointment prep and if you’re booking in advance, message reminders! She’s extremely knowledgeable at what she does and although I had only just met her, trusted her completely. She’s attentive to detail, professional, makes you feel comfortable and very thorough when explaining colour theory, shape/size and the after care stages. She did an amazing job and I will recommending to everyone! I love my eyebrows, colour and shape! The studio is clean, comfortable and relaxing. Britt also provided snacks at the studio and such a thoughtful after care pack with all these extra goodies that she didn’t have to, but as a customer, you can really appreciated.
