Our car couldn't start at the carpark. We went over to Autobarn for assistance, and Josh was an absolute legend. He went above and beyond with helping us. After running a diagnostic on the battery and alternator, he advised that we needed a new battery. He removed and replaced the old battery with the new and we were on our way. Couldn't be more happier, cheers legends.Mote and Alicia.

I had a fantastic experience here a couple of weeks ago, when I came in to grab a bike rack and tow ball setup. I know nothing about this stuff, and two of your awesome staff helped me out, even taking 15 minutes out of their busy schedule to install it for me. The piece of mind on my trip knowing everything was fitted properly was much appreciated!

Two of the male staff members made me extremely uncomfortable as they were making subtle jokes about me driving a 4wd and going off-road. Felt like they were not taking me seriously. One other male staff member was actually nice and treated me respectful, but still felt like my lack of knowledge was taken advantage off to upsell, as a couple of my friends later told me the products sold to me are unnecessary and I even ended up having problems with my car after using the products as instructed by the staff member. I won't be returning.
