Janice and Les are the best toy experts I've ever met. Had to do two trips on our Bairnsdale visit to get some horses for the kids. They love the toys and it's a great selection to choose from.

I am a semi -regular visitor to Bairnsdale from another regional Victorian location. I've been in this store several times now and it is always a great experience. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.Next time I'm in Bairnsdale I'll be visiting. I was also very happy with my purchases and the prices. Thank you!

I popped into the store on Saturday to buy a few games and the gentleman helping was great. He was super friendly and I appreciated his advice. I spent way more than I'd planned to but couldn't decide on just one game so I bought several.Highly recommended store. There's a great range of toys and games but the man helping me was delightful and so was the lady on the counter. Thank you so much :)

Rude old lady i had exemption for my mask from doctors,nope,she would not let me in,been going there over 20years,never again,i go to other toyshop on main street,bairnsdale,there nicer people,they dont hassle to see your certificate,The lady was very abbrupt abt it so shes now lost 8people,whos been going there forever,i tried to show her my exemption it wasnt good enough,so my money is going elsewhere
