If I could give 10 stars I would.I cannot express enough how fantastic this company is.Amazing products.A little on the expensive side for Scents, but the quality is second to none.The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.They are well stocked, which is rare today. The range of their stock is always refreshing and the beauty of their products are also ranged.The products show their passion.I have had about 6 orders with them all up and each time it was smooth transaction and pickup.I'm glad I found them.Keep doing what you're doing Luxury Candles, because it's working.

Incredible service, my online order was ready the next day to collect! The warehouse staff were so lovely and helpful. Gave advice on where to park and packed my large order directly into my car. And when I went to the showroom to ask for advice and purchase a few more items they were also so friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I could have spent all day there, I can’t wait to go back for my next purchase. Thank you! Beautiful items as well, I’m so excited to try them out.

Bought the pillar wax blend for a project. I have tried to make small bubble candles with other soy wax and had so many issues with frosting and cracking given it is winter. Even with maintaining room temp and pouring cooler, I was getting nowhere! Perfect surface first try :). Staff were really friendly too when I got my candle ignorant partner to get me supplies!

Staff here are ALWAYS so so helpful and friendly, especially when it comes to problem solving or ideas. Their supplies are such good quality, so glad to have them as my supplier.

Great customer service. good quality supplies and great variety.

Very very slow with delivery. Other candle suppliers manage to get the goods delivered within the week it's ordered. Also with LCS you pay $13.00 for shipping - thats a premium price for goods not to be dispatched within the week of ordering. Its been a week and my order is still processing". First time trying LCS - I hope the products are what I'm expecting. Also considering you need an ABN to purchase from them i was under the impression that the delivery time would be excellent as waiting too long for items to be dispatched can leave a candle business in the lurch...kind of doesn't add up for me. And still using "the impact of covid" as an excuse for poor service is not on."
