Very poor experience completing my tax return.I was quoted (verbally) far less less than what I was charged. When queried I did not even receive an apology. When I asked for advice regarding future tax deductions I was told to see a financial advisor"In the end they did nothing that I couldn't have done myself in about 15 minutes and charged me $400+I will not be going back."
