Was very impressed with service. Asked a staff member for help. He was not only helpful but he was also quite passionate about the products. Very rare these days to get great customer service.Keep up the great work.11/03/23Went back again to this store. Can not say enough good things about the staff at this store. Came out to my car in the rain to fit wiper blades. Always very knowledgeable, helpful, enthusiastic. Just amazing. Other stores need to learn from these guys.

Bad experience.My car wouldn’t start in Kmart car park (1 minute walk from super cheap). I had a 12 month old and groceries that I had just picked up. Walked over to ask if someone could just help me jump start my car and they turned around and said they couldn’t help me. I have to buy a jump starter pack and do it myself!I was so made I burst out in tears, no empathy or care what so ever. Very disappointing.

Again, there's lots of SUPERCHEAP franchises so rating one against another is comparing apples to apples...however I can rate this Supercheap as my favourite because the staff here definitely go out of their way to help out. Nothings ever been too much for them, and if they don't have it they'll get it in for you. Join the Supercheap club, unlike other rewards schemes it really offers great discounts based on previous purchases.Great job, keep it up

Unfortunately, the lady serving seemed more interested in laughing at us for getting the wrong undercoat, then helping us find the right one. I've been painting for 30 years and was surprised product labelling and customer service could be so poor.Went to Autobarn for a much better outcome

Rashelle is the best! I had a lot of questions on the phone about my friends car key batteries. Rashelle was super helpful and easy to talk to. She answered my questions, and when I came in the store, she served me straight away. I recommend this store based on this experience! Thanks again.

Helpful staff and reasonable prices. I know very little about cars so I opted to pay for their service installing new wiper blades. Very much worth it since the last time i tried I mangled the blades. Was only $5 service for front and back blades to be done. They even confirmed the correct blade type and swapped them when it was clear the ones we got for the rear blades were not quite right. I'll be back here again!
