I went into the store and saw advertised two differnet PS4 consoles, one new and the other preowned. Their prices were very similar so I inquired. The staff's immediate reaction was very rude and I was treated as if I was stupid for asking. The staff laughed as I walked away and left the store. Would not recommend for their arrogant staff and I usually enjoy browsing eb games stores.

Great selection of games, they usually have the most talk about , most popular games.. Most guaranteed service very friendly and I need one of the staff to double check my bank account because 10 years of turning up as a customer gee how to put it straight.. I think I've overly spent my money here and will still continue being a regular
