My mum straighter unfortunately broke and I contacted the customer service team advising them of it, I spoke with Jo and even though my straightener broke after having it for a couple of years the service I received was amazing, quick and extremely professional.

New packaging of colour lock shampoo - shampoo definitely not up to the standard of old packaging. Nowhere near as strong requires you to use much more product to obtain lather

I was recommended & bought the volumising shampoo & conditioner that left my, naturally wavy hair, dead straight & frizzy ended. Used the beach muk to try and tame the frizz and achieve the promised ‘tousled sultry look with amazing texture’ now not only does my hair look like a Halloween witch wig, it feels horrible and sticky. It has the texture of a yard broom

Not only do I adore your products, the speed at which you continually despatch my orders is super impressive. My fav product is your Deep Muk 1 Minute Utra Soft Treatment, which I use as conditioner and occasionally on the ends of my hair when dry, in between washes. I can't wait to try blonde muk and argon oil treatment, tomorrow. Thank you!
