Polperro Villa Accommodation

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon - had an amazing stay. The rooms are terrific and have everything you need for a romantic getaway. Beautiful vineyard to walk around or have a picnic in. And thanks so much for the lovely gesture of champagne on arrival for the newlyweds!

Beautiful setting nice to just relax on your own deck, rooms well appointed and bed comfy one you work out your sleep number. Overall villa could do with a little freshen up but still wonderful few nights stay and central to everything the peninsula has to offer.

Beautiful location and nice room. Unfortunately our stay was marred by some issues. The cleaning of the room was below standard, eg. we found a corn chip on the floor, very dusty, dead insects in the sliding door threshold.We were also woken up early by works next door. When we brought this up, we were told it was due to an unexpected leak. They also had to turn off our water mid-morning so we had to rush to have our shower and get out of the room.

The villa is nice, well appointed and the views are magnificent. The service was a little less 'luxury' than the villa. Not horrible, but we were largely left to our own devices. Added to that, we felt like we had to Tip toe around the place, because the staff make a point of saying that we must leave the villa exactly as we found it. We got the sentiment, but it felt pushed upon us rather aggressively.

Really beautiful place! Restaurant was shut which was a shame - especially over the busy Easter/ANZAC period. I just feel like it should state that the toilet is just 2m from the bed and there’s no door. So you are basically going to hear EVERYTHING! That basically took the shine off the otherwise beautiful place.

We stayed with you lastnight for our 10 yr wedding anniversary. All I can say is wow! From the moment we walked into our villa we were amazed. We also had the chefs menu and hubby and I loved every dish! Grounds were absolutely beautiful and the manager came around in the morning to personally drop off a card and block of chocolate for our anniversary. Little things like that will keep us comming back. Thankyou for a lovely stay. If you have a special occasion I highly recommend staying at Polperro

We stayed in villa 3 which was stunning and a generous size. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire, walking around the winery and enormous spa bath. The breakfast was delicious and very thoughtful. The couch was superb and so comfortable! It was so lovely walking into the room with meditation music and an essential oil diffuser on. It was a great touch having the multi convention oven to help with cooking. We also appreciated getting a phone call to notify us of the power outage situation.However there were some small touches that made the stay not feel “exceptional”Low lights:- the towels and sheets felt cheap and scratchy.- there was no spare tissues after we ran out- the coffee machine needs to be updated and replaced- incredibly uncomfortable bed and pillows. We dreaded when we had to go to sleep- only one pair of slippers supplied- only one dressing gown could be used as the second was missing the beltWith these minor touches addressed, the accomodation would be 5/5!

Luxury accommodation in an idyllic vineyard setting, ideal for romantic getaway. Unfortunately trendy furnishing not very comfortable, this could have been better with more practical furnishings (would have got 5 stars)

Stayed in Villa 3. Place is wonderful and great for a relaxing and private time together as a couple. Sat on the Adirondacks on the back private balcony overlooking the vineyard and enjoyed a glass of wine in the (rare) sun. Perfect place to relax! Loved it.
