Zero stars should be an option. A radiator was replaced and the cap area was damaged allowing antifreeze to escape. When we returned under warranty they claimed to have replaced the faulty/damaged radiator, they hadn’t. They are deceptive and will take no responsibility. Horrible experience.

I can’t recommend Ben highly enough. We had mid range heating issues in our PK Ranger for a few months, having the fan clutch, radiator and thermostat replaced along with new coolant at several different places between Julia Creek and Townsville.The problem was our car ran hotter, only marginally, but hotter after this was done. I might add we tow a caravan, so it could be expected.We had resigned ourselves to replacing the head etc and were given Bens number by friends.We discussed the option of replacing the head, but due to Bens meticulous attention to detail and numerous road test, we found that our problem was “ the wrong coolant “, thanks heaps Ben.

Been once and looked after well, just made a call from the google search and very professionally handled for a booking first thing next week, no stress, no drama, why did I go to Nissan Prossy!

Now that I’ve moved away I miss my mechanic! Ben and Hamish were always super friendly, honest about what I could leave for a while and what needed immediate attention. I took my Mini there for over 3 years; even if it was just to have them quickly look at something I wasn’t sure about, they were always happy to help.Great guys, great service.
