Drivers showing lack of respect on the roads, I was cut off on the m5, with the driver of a truck driving up the shoulder and forcing me to merge after speeding up from two cars a behind. I came in a couple of days before, and lined up waited. Goods not available. I tried t ask for priority loading seeing had already waited hours days before, they said noNow I have to wait hours again to pick up 1 pallet. They have no express lane, like some other depots for1-4 pallets. I have to wait in the same lane as everyone else picking up 15/16 pallets for full truck load. Costs more money to the consumer because truck is waiting hours in cue to pick up one pallet. You will pay more. Hopefully you see this and get the message and make a positive change. We don’t want trucks being tied up in depots for hours for 1 or 2 pallets as we charge the downtime to the customer.
