Very rude staff. I ordered over the phone, they took my card details but couldn’t tell me how much my total order would be. Said they would call me back! I had to call them several hours after. Was told someone would call me with amount. They then text me with the total amount charged which seemed to high. I asked how much my products were and they text me to tell me. I looked on their delivery charge on the website which said $8. I checked my bank and they already took the money. Very stand offish over the phone when I called to question this. I was told that delivery amounts vary and so busy but I’ve brought it to their attention and someone will call after the weekend. When I mentioned that there seems to be a flaw in the system as I should be told exactly how much I am paying before taking my card details and my money but they decided probably best that my order is cancelled! So strange as I ordered over the phone last year during lock down and everything was fine. I would order online without calling but the product says trade only. Last year this wasn’t a problem when I explained this.Very disgusted and disappointed with the customer service especially during these times.

I just came back at home from this shop and fill myself so terrible. I’ve bought Nioxin kit and 10 minutes later saw that this Nioxin kit already expired. Because it was made in 06/2017 and it is must be used during 3 years after made. This Nioxin kit very serious thing because it’s made against hair loss. that’s why it’s very important don’t use it after expiring. And I decided come back and change this kit. When I came back and explain that this Nioxin already expired. The woman started yelling and laughing on me. I felt myself so bad. But anyway I change Nioxin Kit by myself and went away. And this woman even don’t say apologize. Very bad costumer service.

Usually love coming to this place. Always excellent service and product range. However if I can suggest opening hours today (Anzac Day) instead of saying Hours may vary" why not just decide if you are going to be open or not beforehand and have set hours. Even if only 1/2 day. Got there today - closed. At 2.30pm. At least update the website when you do close. Very misleading and frustrating."

Sent me a used and opened product and did not reply to multiple emails to settle a refund/exchange. Disgusting. Do not buy from here.

The staff are very friendly and kind at front desk( two males). The lady who recommended me to use blue shampoo has great knowledge of products and the process of removing orange colour. Even though the shampoo that i chose at first was more expensive, she gave me objective opinion. That is why I am a regular customer here.

I placed an order online but the product was out of stock. The staff promptly got in touch with me explaining the situation and offering choices of replacement or reimbursement. I accepted one replacement and the difference in price was successfully reimbursed. The products arrived fast. Thank you guys for the great work and customer service!
