I asked Madison builders to renovate my house , there was a budget , there was a time frame ,4months .Mark came up with perfect plans that would accommodate my growing family .I meet Steve the amazing builder, who was there before dawn & often last to leave , so my new neighbors informed me .From that moment on i was fully supported & helped with all decisions from this amazing Madison Builders team.Yes they made it in 4 months . A thank you just does not do it for their above & beyond hard work , pride & fabulous finish to my house .I do recommend Madison Builders to everyone .

After purchasing a sloping block in a beachside suburb we began to look for a builder who would help us to build a house to meet the needs of our family. Our main needs were to have a light and airy home with low energy requirements that was kept warm in winter by the northern sunlight and cool in summer by utilising shade and the sea breeze. As a family of four we wanted a simple but spacious home to give us all plenty of room to be together or find our own spaces within the home. We also had a set mid-range budget to work with that had to cover the home build and earthworks. We decided upon Madison Builders after a number of meetings with Neville and Mark. Our initial decision was based on their enthusiasm for helping to design and build an energy efficient home, knowledge of how to make the most of the sloping block and their knowledge of the local area and weather patterns which influenced our home design. They were also very respectful of our budget and very honest with what we could and couldn't afford.Our building time was around 14 months including all earthworks. Within this time we were very happy with the communication between ourselves and the builders. Neville and Mark were always able to offer valuable advice but also respected our thoughts and ideas, allowing us to make small changes to the design as the build progressed. The tradespeople used were professional, enthusiastic about doing a good job and very easy to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed the process of building our home with Madison Builders. We are very happy with the design, the build quality and with the final finishes in our home.We moved into our house in July last year. Since then we have had regular contact to follow up on small fixes that were required post build. These have always been addressed quite promptly and without fuss. We have always felt welcome to call and discuss any aspects of the house in the time since we moved in. After 12 months we can confidently say that we are very pleased with our house. It is more than just four walls to us, it is a part of the story of our family and a place that we all enjoy during every season of the year. The enjoyable building experience has contributed to the happiness that we have within our new home and I would recommend Madison Builders to anyone considering a new home.

Maddison Builders have recently completed our house build in Halls Head. From the outset the team at Maddison were extremely easy to work with. We had some unusual electrical and plumbing requirements that Madison accommodated seamlessly. Nothing was to hard for them and communications during the build were often and inclusive. The finish of the house was second to none, the build was on time and in budget. An all round good experience.

Madison Builders have recently completed the build of our dream home at Wannanup. Some of our friends told us that building was a nightmare but Madison made the experience not only very enjoyable but mainly stress free. Colin our Building Supervisor kept us well informed and any issues we had were quickly resolved. All the trades were local and always very courteous. We cannot recommend Neville, Mark and Colin and all the team at Madison highly enough and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Many thanks to you all.

Built a prestige property with Madison Builders in 2018. They were extremely efficient, having us in the home ahead of schedule, and I would estimate months ahead of many other builders attempting the same project. Their trades were first class and attention to detail right on the money. Both Neville and supervisor Mark always returned calls in a timely fashion and were always available for advice. I have over 25 years experience in the Real Estate industry in Mandurah and in that time have had dealings with many local builders. I rate Madison among the best of those. Thanks to the Madison team for the timely and quality build of our house in Quindalup. Living away and remote from the build site it was important to us that it was a seamless process which was achieved from start to finish.The sloping site which presented drainage problems as well as natural springs encountered were overcome by the site team. Civil work suggestions by Neville also allayed our civil concerns.Our build supervisor Steve was first class with phone calls responded to promptly at all times and over saw a quality team achieving a quality build with a beautiful finish for us.
