Nick is an awesome pt, he really listens to your goals to create a super personal programme to get you where you want to be. Since I’ve been doing my programme I’ve noticed a huge shift mentally and physically in myself and really grown to love the gym again! He’s very motivational and knowledgeable and It’s been a great experience to be trained by him. Thanks Nick!

I had finally decided to join a gym and make a positive change in my life and hired Nick to help navigate this new fitness lifestyle. Honestly it has been such a great time! Taking advantage of the advice, training plans and nutrition guides really helped me become a much fitter person with more confidence as well as a better physique. Initially just looking for some motivation and guidance in gaining some weight and strength Nick also ended up showing me movements and techniques that also improved my lower back, neck and shoulder pain. I started resistance training and joined the gym about 18 months ago. I had a few sessions with a PT but decided to try to progress on my own with the goal of reducing body fat and achieving more tone and definition. After a long time, I realised I wasn’t seeing real improvement and engaged Nick for a 12 week program. I’m so glad I did. I’m 6 weeks in and already I’ve made more progress than I have in the last 12 months.Nick has helped me so much with technique. He has an excellent eye for identifying where posture or alignment is wrong and explaining how to rectify it. He’s also given me more confidence to increase the weights week by week with has significantly improved my strength already.Nick knows his stuff and is great to work with! I was looking for a trainer that would help me build my confidence in the gym as I felt that I was directionless with my training, a bit overwhelmed with information that was out there and wasn’t really comfortable training by myself in the gym. Nick has helped me in all aspects! I now feel confident in my training, I have a structured program that I’m comfortable completing on my own and he’s always more than willing to explain the purpose of movements/training. With his help, I have come so far with my training and feel proud of myself and more confident inside and outside of the gym! I would highly recommend him as he is attentive, supportive, has a wealth of knowledge and helps make training enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend Nick for Personal Training! I have been training at the gym for around 5 years, on and off, mainly focussing on aerobic exercise due to undergoing rehabilitation for two shoulder reconstructions. This year, I decided to make it my goal to build strength and muscle mass as I lacked confidence in this area (primary due to these surgeries.) Since commencing personal training with Nick, 5 months ago, I have seen a significant change in my lifestyle. I have more energy, understand proper nutrition, am significantly stronger, have better posture and feel more confident in my technique. Nick is friendly, proactive, detailed in his approach, and an all round great bloke. I am extremely impressed that he considered my medical history when developing my workout plan.
