First time having used Mountain Mist Glass. I have to say from making the appointment over the phone with Julia to having Mark come out to do the repair, was effortless. Thank you for making this not only easy to organise, but being punctual (Mark arrived right on the actual scheduled time!) and providing outstanding work and the BEST customer service I have experienced with a tradesperson in the 16 years I have lived in Hazelbrook. Will definitely be utilising their services again.

We have been using Mountain Mist (after trying a few other similar businesses on the Mountain) ... and should have written this review long ago. This family run business is the BEST! They are always willing to help, flexible and very generous in every way (old school mentality - just lovely). Quick to complete any task, no matter how small and very competitive too.

They looked very busy in the shop but took the time to make sure I understood the process, of the work I was having done.very polite.happy.

Amazing guys, got the job done quick and they were so nice. 10/10 great service.
