Quest Portland

Possibly the best Quest I’ve stayed in!The 1-bed unit was very big and spacious. It was well maintained and very clean.And the staff I dealt with made it a really good experience.

Great staff, tidy room and by far the most comfortable I have stayed in whilst traveling for work across the state. Free foxtel is awesome. Definitely coming back

Had booked for 5 nights as we had been travelling around and wanted to be able to cook if needed as well as just relaxing for 5 nights. So disappointed. First night went to cook evening meal and gas hot plates not working. Moved to another room day 2. Yes hot plates worked but fan above hot plates not working. Bathroom fan not working. Light above mirror in bathroom sink not working. Main light in living area not working. We decided we were not moving again so didn’t report everything to office till we were leaving. If this is what Quest Apartment are like we won’t be staying in another one. Our first holiday since COVID so disappointing.

Wifi does not work. Reception closes really early so late check in is hard.They parked a container in front of our room so we could not use the parking spot.The pool is not heated. Staff were helpful with issues raised as sheets were not clean on arrival. Rooms not suited for a family of 4 if you intend to eat in.

Very happy with service and clean apartment next holiday I will go with quest apartment or hotel

Excellent customer service, Quest Portaland called night before our arrival, assisted us with a 12 noon check in due to a family funeral, so we could refresh after our travel before attending.Rooms were spacious and clean, easy to access with parking outside nour door.Staff on check out friendly and they assisted us with directions to a coffee shop.

Staff friendly as and helpful. Room clean and well presented. Room had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Water in town tastes absolutely vile. Think it’s town water and not the quests problem?? Maybe could offer some drinking water in the room on arrival. House cleaning staff were friendly. Would stay there again, very convenient spot close to all the shops, cafes and foreshore. Easy walk. Pool looked divine. Freezing bloody cold! I never saw someone in it and it’s late November, sunny as.

We stay at Quest Apartments whenever we can as we know what to expect. This property is no exception and ticked all the boxes.

Stayed for 2 nights. Paid for a superior king room. Not the cleanest! Avoid room 124. Power point on one side of the bed has been removed due to previous guest damaging. Not informed prior. Not replaced. No electricians in Portland clearly! Couldn't use lamp, charge phone, iPad or read my book. TERRIBLE customer service, not offered a new room, or any discount off the room for the inconvenience. Provided a 1M power board after 24 + hours into our stay. Didn't even reach half the distance to the side of the bed with no power point. A simple heads up, or an extension lead with power board would have helped. All TOO hard clearly. Just disappointed how the whole situation was handled and the care for the guests paying to stay wasn't of any importance. DO not recommend. Terrible customer service. RUDE!

2nd time I’ve stayed at Quest Portland and my stay was amazing again. Had a few hiccups with my travel agent and Quest did all they could at late notice to make sure I was accommodated. Unfortunately one night was fully booked and I had to stay elsewhere, however they still allowed me to use their gym pass and as soon as a cancellation happened I was informed I could stay if needed.Rooms are very well maintained and great wifi speed and Foxtel in every room. Perfect location and highly recommend.
