Not normally a 'leave a bad review' kind of guy, but I'll make the exception. Ordered dinner for me and my partner tonight and paid for extra meat and extra sour cream on both our meals. Well we were met with barely any at all.I would consider the amount we got a small even if we didn't order extra. Don't waste your money here guys. Was subpar at best and soggy. No idea how this franchise got so big to begin with.

Every single time I’ve ordered here, something is missing or wrong on my order. Unfortunately it’s the only store close to home so no choice but to go here and each time decide to give them a go again, end up disappointed as they forget to add something I’ve paid for or put on the wrong item never asked for. Not sure why it’s so hard to read order requests properly as they are literally printed on the items wrapping or box..

Brekky takeaway, a bit slow but probably cos it was the start of the morning....Freshly cooked...Unfortunately they didn't add guacamole to my Nacho fries or sour creamWhat the heck.No cutlery or napkins on takeaway...cold coffee

I quite honestly never write reviews, because my experiences at food outlets don’t usually phase me enough.But this store (drive through & delivery specially) has gotten my orders wrong at least 10 times this year, and I eat from there maybe once a fortnight. I absolutely understand a small mistake from time to time but every other time I order is just unreal!Usually in a rush to get home, I often forget to check the bag when I‘m leaving, under the assumption I shouldn’t need to worry about the whether or not my order is correct.Once I get home, (from where I won’t be driving back to the store to have my order fixed and let the rest of my food go cold) I realise there are either missing ingredients I’ve added and paid for, or entirely missing items. On multiple occasions I’ve received a burrito with chicken and pork (I’m vegetarian and only ever order the shredded mushroom filling) and can’t eat it at all. For delivery, it’s the exact same situation but at least they help you find a solution. Every time I try to call the phone says nobody is available to take your call and sends you to voicemail from where nobody calls you back. I’ll sign off with my experience from tonight, drove in with 4 cars in front of me which had all already ordered, grabbed a mini shredded mushroom burrito and queso fries with extra queso. Took 15 minutes to leave with my order which I did check had all my items. Got home only to realise my queso fries came with no queso at all.Not worth the wait :(

Me and my elderly mum (whos in a wheelchair) came into your restaurant on the other day and were treated with lovely customer service. The young man behind the counter, Nathan I believe his name was treated us with amazing customer service. The food was just delish, I ordered the chicken burrito enchilada and my mum ordered the beef nachos and sundae on the side!!!!. Im so happy and will 100% be coming back to eat here again. The staff were so kind and treated me and my mum with the upmost respect and there customer service skills were outstanding. IF ONLY ALL FAST PLACES WERE LIKE YOU GUYS!!!!!!!

Do not go to this store. We have constantly gone back to give them the benefit of the doubt with messing up orders as it’s our local and we love GYG. Hell, I’m even leaving a review on a fast food joint, which is a new low for all. Food orders are never correct, we only order burrito bowls with a filling, it’s surely the easiest order to create. Food is always cold, and the portions are terrible. Will not be coming back to this place!

Run by kids who clearly don’t want to be there and who take zero pride in their work. Pleased to see that has changed and manager stepped up to provide 5 star nachos with great guacamole. Amazing and very honest manager. Much thanks.
