I have to say after taking dozens of rental properties in NSW and TAS, Shellie is the best property manager I have ever met. The Hobart rental market is fierce especially for international students, Shellie is the one who has sense of empathy and kindly help people to settle down and live in the nice and comfy homes. There are some tricky real estate in Hobart with bad agents, but you will never regret to take a property from Shellie Prince!

(TENNANT) The worst experince I have had with a real estate agent.- Unclean house on arrival. Nail clippings in bathroom draw and floors not cleaned - Baxton sarcastically asked me if I wanted them to come and sweep my floors, Also made comments about my age.- Uncontrollable mould with little effort to fix. A few different people inspected. Their idea of a good final result to this issue was putting fly screens on two windows so we can open the windows more, great idea in winter in Tassie....

Baxton Property Management found tenants for my property in less than 2 weeks - what a fantastic job! We also achieved our target rental range, which was great.We almost went with another property mgt group - a reputable group in Hobart - but we felt they were under valuing our property for a quick transaction.Libby and Leonie, who we dealt with, were factual in their approach, but at the same time, positive and it was obvious that they wanted the best for us. They didn't seem interested in a quick transaction, rather, were more interested in building a long term relationship.I will definitely recommend Baxton!

After having difficulties with getting my bond back when leaving Baxton, Leonie was amazing in going the extra mile to ensure I got it back. She was so amazing because she wasn't even my property manager, yet she was more than willing to assist. I would give her personally a 5 star rating, however, my dealings with my actual property manager were not as good. Thank you Leonie!

Baxton Property Management have looked after our property for the past 10 years, Baxton's always found us the best tenant's, dealt with all our maintenance issue with a minimum of fuss.As landlords it was just to easy to get on with our lives and not have the worry of looking after a rental.
