Our dog Harry loves staying at Yuroke Boarding Kennels. He had an extended stay there last year and was extremely well cared for. He is looking forward to another visit soon.

We booked our two dogs in for two nights (Friday & Saturday) and weren't allowed to pick until Sunday after 3pm. Then they charged us for 3 days - Dodgy as. Both came home scratching. Not going back.

We recently moved to Craigieburn and were looking for a cattery for our 2 cats whilst we go on holidays. The reviews were good and so we gave it a try. The cattery is in an enclosure outside and not far is the kennel where the dogs are always barking. It was winter and it was so cold inside. They said they gave the cat a heating pad.Also it smelled very strong when we visited. They said they cleaned but the smell was so strong. When we got our cats they smelled so bad and had lost some weight. Very disappointing. We will never put our cats there again.

Had my dog for a month. He is very old and Yuroke Kennels had no problem attending to his extra needs. He came back happy and healthy and made our trip away enjoyable without having to stress for his wellbeing.

We boarded our two Jack Russels for a short stay in the Luxury Suite at Yuroke Boarding Kennels, both are in their senior years and one has medical issues.The care given was outstanding, our dogs loved going there. We were updated with photos letting us know they had settled in well which meant so much and provided peace of mind.We were also given a report card of their stay. They both had a great time and were happy upon pick up.Thank You So Much Leonie and team for the wonderful care given to both our dogs.Highly recommend Yuroke Boarding Kennels.

Would recommend Yuroke to anyone looking for the best care for their pet! After having a horrible experience boarding our Cane Corso at another kennel, we were quite anxious to do it again, but the staff at Yuroke were more than happy to spend time answering my questions over the phone before booking in and reassured me on every aspect I was previously worried about. Especially their experience with bigger breed dogs. Our Chloe stayed for 2 weeks at Yuroke and we were promptly given an update when requested of how well she was doing. Upon picking her up after the two weeks she was happy and most importantly healthy after having lost a significant amount of weight at another kennel. Her behaviour was her normal happy and active self unlike the timid and depressed dog we got back from the other kennel. We are so happy with the care our dog received, and are so relieved to have found a place we trust wholeheartedly for future boarding! Thankyou so much!

I read the reviews and was mentioned that they send pictures and updates of your pet, but when called they said that they focused more on taking care of the pets rather than taking pictures; but the lady at the reception was kind enough to go and check on our cat while on hold over the phone. On collection the staff was very nice.

These guys have a great set up! Such an easy process for drop off and pick up and the pens for our cat are spacious. We will be using their service again. Pickles was very well cared for.

A bad experience for our dog and us. We were disappointed to know that they would not provide updates on him unless he was placed in the luxury suites which apparently was only available to small dogs. This was not at all clear on the website and unfair that big dog families don’t get any updates during travels. Big dog families love their dogs just as much as small dog families do. They suggested we call instead which was not possible with being overseas and the time difference.We found staff were overly abrupt and defensive. We collected our boy and staff told us that he had become sick with a cough a few days ago. When I called it Kennel Cough the staff member became defensive and scolded me. I completely understand that dogs are going to pick up illnesses while in enclosed spaces with other dogs, but no need to be defensive over a name because you run a kennel. There was no communication of him becoming sick while we were away.We also were running 10 minutes late because of extensive road works outside of yuroke impacting morning and afternoon traffic. Staff still told us that we would have to pay for a whole day of care for being 10 minutes late.When we collected him we found hot spots on his front paws and raw and bloody pressure sores on the backs of his legs, which indicate to us that he was bored and laying down on rough concrete for most of his stay. This made me really upset. I don’t think the hot spots are from stress licking just from being somewhere different, because he has stayed in Kennels before and has never come back like this.
