Exceptional. If you're looking for a dry cleaner that really cares about your garment, not too commercial, and very experienced, go to Ruggles. I won't be taking my clothes anywhere else.

After three occasions, could not get the clean done satisfactorily. However, what is most disappointing was the attitude of the owner to play dumb" and pretend to be forgetful. Don't take customers for fools

Was served by Doug, fantastic customer service, very personalised and happy to go above and beyond to try and fit your schedule. You can tell they’ve been doing this for a long time and you can trust them with your more beloved items of clothing. Had my favourite trench coat and a bec and bridge dress cleaned and they look brand new! Highly recommend

Very Expensive, and specifically showed the guy working there a bird stain on my jacket when i dropped it off, and when i picked it up and got home it was still there. very un-happy with the place

Excellent service. Up market family business operating for over 20 years. I took my beaded gownand items from Camilla which my regular dry cleaner made a mess of and the owner did an excellent job cleaning and maintaining the soft texture of the silk. My cashmere came out so soft.
