Have used Castletons for many years. They have always been available when needed and explained each step of the process clearly and professionally. Worked to deadlines well and all in all a great accounting partner for us.

Before you ask this firm to do any work for you make yourself aware and ask about the following (as in my case if you do not ask you will not be told):1. Who will do the work.2. How much will you be charged per hour. As a guide be aware that the directors charge, at the time of writing, $420.00 plus GST ($462.00) per hour.3. Perhaps someone less expensive can do the same job. Ask about it.4. How much, as a guide, will the total cost be based upon an estimated amount of time to do the work.5. Ask for an itemised invoice which indicates individual times and costings.I was not made aware of their fees and charges up front before I availed myself of their services. Possibly my fault for not asking , and possibly theirs for not telling me! I would have looked for an alternative had I known how expensive it would be for some advice. Caveta Emptor I suppose.
