Usually it's good but today I recharged my mykey card and on the kiosk it also appeared as Approved but while tapping on, it asked me to top up (○_○) Apparantly it's one of the unfortunate events as described by the friendly Asian customer service lady. Long story short, I topped up again, the money got refunded and I still got the desired train to the city.

Clean, staffed, modern station. First stop on way to city, so you'll always get a seat! Bus terminal outside. Good small cafe. Hard to park in morning for work, so best to get bus if possible.

They told me to use card I had to spend $7 after offering ideas to made my precise $7 And me saying ok then I'll just leave it, then they tell me I can just pay a 50c surcharge, I feel that should have been a opinion from the start as I just wanted to buy water

The newly build underpass is so much better than the station. Station is in real need for renovation. Looks bit old and dirty. Needs more cleaning. No lifts.

Its a bit old needs a facelift & in really needs a lift its a steep hill to get up to platform & to buses i struggle walking my friend in wheel chair cannot manage to get up to platform unless she gets someone to push her up really needs lifts

This train station is in serious need of an upgrade. The underground area smells absolutely disgusting, smells like urine. Take the train from Hoppers Crossing if you can to avoid the atrocious smell.

It is ok to get off and on if you need to go there it is an old station the toilets well what can I say try not to use them as they are filthy I know they try to keep it clean but like I have said it is an old train station old toilets

It’s always a pleasure in the mornings to order my coffee from the kiosk, the staff are lovely and the exchange is honestly a consistent daily highlight for me. Keen up the good work!
