Spring Hill Mews

We stayed here while my husband was in hospital for 10 days. We were booked in till the 8th June. We left early as I didn't want to stay any longer. We arrived to our room which was very dirty. Found mugs and dishes that had not been cleaned. I ended up washing everything. Mould in bathroom not healthy. Also found something splatted on the wall behind bedroom door. Not sure what that was. All furniture was covered in dust, floor badly clean. Do not stay here.

Rooms are great if a little tired. Suited a small family perfectly and kept us dry.

The only setback was having to lift my suitcase up the stairs but the young female receptionist carried it up for me, which was lovely of her & a great help for me, being 78 years old. Would be lovely in summer.

Location was great. Generally the room was fine. However the carpets in the room were very stained and the inside of the air conditioners were black with mould. If these 2 items were fixed I’d have given 4 stars.

Great to have two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and parking near the city. Basic furniture and limited linen. We booked three adults and two little kids but only got bedding and towels for four. Great pool and near some good restaurants.

First, the manager mislead us about the reliability of the wifi. It was spotty or down much of our stay.Second, upon arrival we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. The biggest problem was urine stains on and around the toilet, but yet the lid had a paper band certifying sanitization. Entire apartment was dirty: shower, bed frame, floor kitchen cabinets.We cleaned and vacuumed as we found apartment spacious and accommodating.Also a weekly cleaning is very minimal, so we didn't want to use their services but cleaned ourselves.Have to mention that there is a swimming pool but didn't trust the cleanliness.And apartments are located on the hill, so it is not easy to climb up every day for longer stay

Excellent value for money. The manager was very accommodating and allowed us to have a late check out as well as an early check in. The apartment's kitchen and bathrooms were a bit outdated, but very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was nice and warm on a cold winter day. The location was convenient, not too far from the city and Suncorp stadium.

Location great. Walking distance to Suncorp Stadium. Amenities were clean. Had everything for cooking brekky. Nice balcony to finish day with drinks. Close little Coffee Shop walking distance. Sister visited & she was able to park her car in visitors parking
