Little river
This is a section of the old highway road and the old river crossing, the water hole is called the big barra hole in Littleton national Park and yes holds fish, and yabbies, but be croc wise, there are no warnings signs regarding crocs. There are no facilities in this location, but is still a good stop if you are self-contained or just like bush camping, the highway is close but as the area is remote the traffic noise isn't to much of a problem. The track in from the western (Croydon) side as a little rough as the old road is no longer maintained
