Hi a haven't actually used the service of this company. But I have been involved in the supply of products and services from this company and by what I seen and heard they don't reply to emails, that are very slow at providing a service.

This used to be our regular pool shop. Last time the man wouldn't test our pool water? Is be a bit confusing as we look after a few pools. We will go elsewhere in future.

Great helpful staff. Did free water test. Told me exactly what I needed to do. Didn't push to buy their chemicals I did however and reasonably priced. If you have a pool Southside highly recommend.
