I bought my car from Penrith Toyota in 2019 and have always brought it in for service here. Yesterdays service was the first one not at the fixed rate but it was affordable. The staff are always professional, approachable and helpful. Lovely coffee and waiting area. I never forget the wonderful service they offered during lockdown. They picked up my car for it's service and brought it back. Impressive.

I got my rav4 hybrid cruiser before due date mean less than a year waiting time my toyota penrith surprised me, sales person Alex kept me updated all the time and very helpful from day one. 5⭐ for Alex and his effort smooth delivery. Thank you man

I ordered a Landcruiser Dual Cab expecting to wait until Jan 24 for delivery. Emilio Rodriguez the salesman with whom I dealt with promised to keep his ears to the ground in case one became available sooner and true to his word I was able to secure exactly what I wanted one year sooner. Very happy with his work ethic and how I was treated, not just by Emilio but by all the staff at Penrith Toyota. It's also a great place for Toyota spares. Anyone looking for a car would do a whole lot worse than speaking to Emilio and the team at Penrith Totota.

I strongly recommend the team if you’re looking for a new Toyota. Michael assisted with every aspect of my car purchase which made it so much easier as he went above and beyond any other car sales experience I had been through previously. Do not recommend Toyota used car dealership. Some rude and unprofessional team who do not understand what no mean when adding accessories. Borderline desperate to make a car accessory sale. We had the unfortunate experience from a lady with red curly hair, who firstly never introduced who she was and approached in a very unprofessional manner. She was extremely pushy with trying to sell protective paint on the car which we kindly declined. It became an unpleasant experience when she kept insisting on purchasing the product after repeatedly declining. Also, do not appreciate her passive aggressive comments after declining her offers. Extremely unprofessional, please train some team on customer service and better communication styles.
