Zap Fitness 24/7 Kidman Park

I just joined, but the reason I did was for convenience to me, the studio is very clean and modern and quiet, when I compared it to others around. All facilities are great and the toys" are excellent.Toilets and showers very clean. I had my first 90 mins today and it exceeded my expectation. Free wifi and USB charging just added to my experience. Being open 24/7 means you will never miss out on getting healthy and fit. I certainly hope to."

Perfect gym. Jetts' staff are very approachable, friendly and genuinely happy to help whatever the issue. Lots of treadmills, lots of bikes and lots of weights machines.

Outdated equipment, no consistency in how machine weights are labelled, terrible music, & could improve in their cleanliness.INTEGRITY: 0/5!Personal trainers at the gym are friendly however management have no integrity. Before Zap Fitness took over, Jetts Fitness had managed these gyms in Adelaide. Zap Fitness originally had promised me that they would honour the Foundation Membership price that I had locked in with Jetts. They did this for a short while but then decided to increase their price even to a long term member of over 10 years such as myself.EQUIPMENT: 1/5!Equipment are not labelled properly so you don't know how heavy you are lifting.Weights on the machines are labelled 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc but this does not tell you how heavy you can really lift. Weights labelled number 1 on one equipment could be equivalent to 5kg on one machine and 2kg or 2.5kg on another machine - it's very confusing and there's no consistency for a gym goer that wants to properly track how heavy they are able to lift. Overall, the gym equipment is outdated and needs an upgrade. For what you are paying, there are plenty more spacious gyms with better and newer equipment. Free weights are labelled properly with kilograms but are quite old.CLEANLINESS: 2/5There's sometimes a distinct odor in the gym and although it's understandable that gyms can smell like sweat, Zap Fitness at Kidman Park needs better ventilation to reduce odors.Bathrooms could do with more regular cleaning. Sometimes there's no toilet paper so I've had to wait until I got home. This happened several times.

Awesome workout. Every second day. Rowing. Wright's. Elyptical.Swam 2km today for a break. Lol.

Renovation is good, but still a small gym and often too busy to get in and out quickly - especially since the closure of another Jetts nearby.

This branch was originally Jetts Fitness and had promised to honour Foundation memberships but did not do so. Zap Fitness does not reward their loyal customers. I have found a cheaper and more well equipped gym that keeps their promises (not only that but passes on any new membership discounts to their existing members!). Keep shopping around.

Pretty standard gym, Kidman Zap doesn't have as much gear compared to other zap gyms I have trained at but it is good none the less, the atmosphere is pretty basic I think it's ok but it could do better

Very nice gym, just recently joined, cheap price, wide range of equipment. Perfect for a student like me. My only wish is that there is one more rope!!! I have to wait 10 minutes for a rope since there's only one. Would really appreciate it if you guys brought another rope.

Would give ZERO stars if possible! I was lured to Jetts in a business deal they took what they could from me and then proceeded to cancel my membership once they got what they wanted out of me, nice right? To take advantage of a small business owner in today’s tough economic times is a disgrace.I feel totally ripped off, used up and spat out. A real slap in the face.Paula SEEMS to be nice but her true colours show in the end. Staff were constantly harassing us WHILE we worked out. So if your like me and like to work out in peace- you can forget it! My membership was STOLEN and they canned my membership for the thief using the key tag!! I thought they were joking when I was told but the only joke is JettsThe facilities are ok at best, not enough weights area and ‘stuff’ the best part of this gym is the customers are all pretty cool.So if you are a business owner and approached to help Jetts proceed with absolute caution

Excellent staff and great gym to work out, never too busy so never having to wait to use the equipment. The gym has everything I personally use and really pleased with it, big thanks to Hannah.
