In all our dealings with AUA we have found them to be very approachable. They are always happy to answer questions and have great knowledge of body corporate laws. AUA are exceptionally patient and are good at mediating in some difficult situations.We would like to say a big thank you for your friendly and helpful service.

AUA were appointed as the body corporate manager for Currumbin Villas over 10 years ago. During this time I found AUA and their support staff to be extremely professional, efficient and go out of their way to please. I would recommend AUA to anyone seeking the services of a Body Corporate Manager. Congratulations to the AUA team for another successful annual general meeting! I have been involved in several body corporates over the years and I have found AUA to be the most professional and helpful for a very reasonable price compared to some of the bigger operators. I would highly recommend AUA to anyone wanting professional body corporate managers they really go the extra yard to get to understand the building and the people. Aua is the most unprofessional company I have experienced. Tania does not return phone calls or emails, produces dodgy expenses she cannot explain and refuses to provide body corp documentation to committee. She also manipulates records and doctors minutes of meeting and voting, contradicting her own emails previously. Graham, the director(who self reviewed himself here on Google 3 years ago with 5 stars) claims to have no idea what is going on, however when you provide all the historic documentation chooses to ignore it and buries his head. Both ztania and Graham now do not return and attempted contact and when we have physically gone to their office they literally run and hide like scared little children and tell their poor receptionist they do not want to see you". We are in the process of changing Administration Companies however AUA's approach is to kidnap our records to retain us... I am sure it's because they have ALOT to hide. DO NOT RECOMMEND*****AVOID THIS COMPANY****"

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff members from AUA, in particular Tania Campbell. She has been an outstanding senior body corporate advisor and has gone above and beyond her scope of works in managing our complex and dealing with unruly and unjust owners within the complex itself.She has made the experience a lot more easy-going even though there have been a lot of hurdles along the way. If anybody is looking for a body corporate management company, then I would highly suggest getting in contact with this office.

I have been lucky enough to be involved with the greater AUA team for a number of years and I could not speak more highly of the people we have dealt with in their team since our committee engaged them as our Body Corporate Managers.Their advice, professionalism and assistance in navigating our by-laws has been a breath of fresh air.Could not recommend highly enough!

Very poor communication !! DodgyCurrently being managed by them and they don't return phone calls or emails.We had a water leak in the communal area and it has been difficult trying to get AUA to update the owners. I had to call them to find out why my water bill was so huge as I had no idea there had been a leak.The receptionist will repeatedly tell you that Tania is in a meeting. And Tania will not call you back !

In the interest of justice I am posting at five Star review. I recognize a couple of the previous reviewers and know the background to their comments. They are disgruntled because they lost a vote 30 to 3 and have blamed the managers ....this is very unfair approach to a small business whose job it is try to service to ALL owners. I have two strata properties that are managed by AUA and I couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism provided to me by the lovely team at AUA They really deserve 10 stars for some of the people they have to put up with!!

We been using AUA for the last 12 years. Our building has always been well managed and AUA has always been accommodating holding our AGMs and committee meetings on Weekends so all could attend. Tania and David have been flexible and professional and given competitive pricing and bang for our buck. We highly recommend.It’s disappointing to see that some people are quick to review and comment on a bad experience that was probably a one off and resolved in the fastest manner possible but some people have so little time to show praise and good feedback when deserved.Keep up the good work AUA. We will be with you Well into the future! :)

Our committee booted AUA after being fed up with their incompetence, lack of communication and poor service. I don’t usually bother to leave reviews but felt compelled to warn others.
