Stayed in Nyngan for 3 nights. Ate at a local Chinese and at the RSL on two of the nights and nearly gave up on getting some decent food. The Australian hotels food was absolutely beautiful and blew the other two places away with their quality, taste and service. Wish we had found this place on the first night

Greeted with a smile as I entered this country pub. Patrons were pleasant and the publican was up for a good chat whilst my meals cookedWe had take away meals which were nicely cooked and tasty but a little light on for the price, but that could just be for take away.All in all well worth calling in if you are going past

Just pulled into the free stay across the road. Walked up to the pub. What a nice friendly place. Had a few coldies, ordered grilled barramundi and prawns and surf and turf, both meals absolutely fantastic. Great pub/restaurant meal. My steak was amazing, I'm going to the local butcher before we leave town.
