I have been looking for a nail salon that is good and local for a while tried differently once I was never happy.I did my nails today by the manager Tracy and I absolutely love them.She was very professional and acually chated with you..I will definitely be back.Love your work and wish you all the luck.My new place now.

From the moment I walked in I was warmly welcomed by the staff, the store is new and beautifully presented. I was served by Cindy ( i hope that was her name!) She was so lovely throughout the experience. She was gentle and patient when i changed my mind on the style. I gave her a bit of control on what design would go on each nail, and the diamonte design was her idea as well, she did not disappoint! I'm so happy I came here, the girls were so so nice and i adore my nails. I can't wait to come back for a refill.❤All the best ladies! xoxo

I had old acrylic nails soaked off and a new set put on I don't know the name of the girl but I was not happy first of all she burnt my cuticles a number of times and didn't say a word some of nails are different shapes and sizes I asked her to put three coats on cause the polish was see thru but she wasn't allowing time to dry between coats therefore.the nails weren't hard and were chipping within 24 hours I went back and she repainted them. So unprofessional no wonder no one was in the shop and I won't be going back again and even five days later my nails are still hurting .

Love getting my nails done here! Tracy and the ladies always do an amazing job with my nails and are super talented with nail art. Very relaxing and welcoming environment.

I find it very rude that the staff Continuously talk to each other in Vietnamese and not a word of English. The lady who did my nails was extremely rough & rude. Will not be returning.

My sister has come to this place many times now and is always left with unprofessional nails.She went in today and when she called to book her appointment they said what she wanted was $50. When it came time to pay one of the lady’s said to her it’s $65, and then they started talking in their language & changed the price to $70. Terrible place. Would not suggest anyone to go here. They also cut her many times whilst filing her nails. Would rate 0 stars if I could.We understand you have price lists, but regardless if you tell a customer on the phone it’s a certain price then that’s what you’ve told them they’re going to pay. She asked for a new set of acrylics. As per your Facebook page, your full set shellac is $60. So why when she finished did your team member who said $65 to her then got called and spoken to in their language from the other side of the room from the other team member who was serving a client something and then she was told $70. Mind you, this is after having her nail beds cut with machinery twice on two different nails, which your team member did apologise for when she saw her fingers bleeding but damage is already done. She even witnessed your staff tell another customer $55 for a basic French manicure on their natural nails but on your facebook states $35. Surely French can’t cost an extra $20! That customer was astounded and walked out. It’s beside the point if your prices are “public”. Your staff don’t even know the prices and there is no need to change a price because your manager says to for a simple basic full set.

I have been getting nails done for many many years and found this salon by accident just before Christmas. Absolutely beautiful ladies very helpful and professional. Went back again yesterday and I’m so happy with the results. My mum went there and has arthritis in her hands and they didn’t hurt her like other salons. Very happy. Thanks ladies !
