If I could give this store Zero stars I would!One particular staff member Tiffany is not only a poor representation for this company her service alone is beyond professional.She is abrupt , rude and very passive aggressive and when approached about her service she is very condescending in her behaviour.I would not recommend this brand or storeGates of Eden is far more professional and have a beautiful range of fish and productsMy advice to Pet Quarters is to ensure you have the right people working for your brand and hold professional values within their customer service rollAs eye rolling a customer and being abrupt to 4 yr old children wouldn’t be accepted in any business.Definitely do not recommend.

Never buying from this lot again...delivery too slow...it takes them one week to ship an order out then you have to wait another week til you receive it...slow!!!!!

Great store with a good selection of items and lots of parking. The aquarium section is very well set up and very tidy. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
