Jackman Furniture Transport

After picking up my very important waterbed from Brisbane the company then held it for weeks. I had to chase it up and plead for it to be sent in to me in regional SA. It took a month to get it. I was sleeping in a camp bed waiting for it. Really bad service.

It was arranged for two men to collect from one suburb and drop off in another - spectacular!!! I would heartily recommend them.

Purchased a Moran lounge from Aus Furnature in Sydney and was promised that it would be shipped to Brisbane the next day for delivery the following week. The following week I phoned Jackman Furnature to find out the delivery date. They has no record of the shipment but the owner “knew about it”. It was going to be shipped next week urgently. I phoned this week to find the delivery date and was told by Jackman Transport that the driver left on Monday but had deliberately left this expensive designer lounge (which they confirmed was in their possession) behind but not to worry, it was marked urgent and it would be sent up next week. Do not touch these people. They lie and lie and don't give a rats about what they say or do. We still have no idea if we will ever see this lounge that cost us $7000:00 including transport…… by Jackman Transport who “ships for the likes of David Jones” …. Never ever again. And we were going to buy more Moran furnature from Aus Furnature. But Jackman Transport has destroyed that relationship.
