Forget bunnings if you come to Reece, I was looking at fixing my parents tap and called few plumbers $160 for the job. Went to Reece because i couldn't find the compression valve that i wanted at bunnings.Reece employees were very helpful and very friendly got me all the parts i needed at a very good value for top quality products, Joie helped me out with identifying parts all fit perfectly.Totally cost about $30In the picture you will see what i have done

From the front sales staff girls to the manager Karl, an outstandingly friendly company. Excellent prices and very helpful service.Special mention of Patrick (in trade dept.) who enthusiastically, applies customer attention in a highly professional and relaxed manner. An employee to be proud of and totally service orientated.I’ve always been to other branches but NOW I and my company colleagues will be using this Belmont branch, for sure.So why three stars? It’s more likely to read than the five, six or seven stars it deserves!!

Went into Reece’s the weekend before planning to lay turf. Was served by Nathan who went above and beyond to provide us with a full design, layout, pressure and flow measurement and reticulation setup. The process was seamless from first walking into the shop, to having everything delivered with a DIY plan. Design worked perfectly, couldn’t have been happier with knowledge and customer service, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks guys!

My first time shopping with Reece and will.probably be my last. Bought a tap online on Thursday 24th Dec, printed on the order confirmation that pick up time is 12pm on 29th Dec.. Been ringing Reece Belmont EVERTDAY since 29th Dec, only to find out on my 5th phonecall on 31st Dec .. (NOTE: 4 DAYS LATER!) that the delivery will be on Tuesday 6th Jan!!!! And I have been told there are over 200 of this item on stock at their warehouse which is less than 10kms away!! I can't even pick it up from the warehouse myself, so suffice to say I am upset with this experience. Now I have to waste my time hunting for an alternative from Bunnings. Not sure how you guys are going to make up for the disappointment you have caused.
