Attending to emails is more important to staff at Gainforts Mona Vale than actually trying to help a customer at the counter. Very dismissive attitude! Why be in retail if you'd rather deal with a computer than a person?

Found the same product next door for half the price, when i went to return it i was charged a 20% restocking fee. If this was a special order i would understand but 20% to put something back on the shelf? I won't be using them again.

Best Prices in the area. This place is priced the same as an online electrical store with good quality brands as well. They also got beat local electrical supply competition in price and range. Don't make the mistake of not going here first before you go anywhere else, cause your wallet will regret it. Don't go TLE GO HERE!
