Great service, saves me the bother of ordering from the United States and everything is handled very professionally. Fast delivery and great results. I also liked the instructional booklet that came with the package. For instance, using last thing before bed was a really good tip. Would highly recommend!

Quite impressed by the level of customer service. My order was delayed due to stock shortages, however I received a timely update. Lynsey from the customer service was particularly helpful and professional.Good customer service and timely communication goes a long way.Will definitely shop here again

Great products, fantastic prices and fabulous service from support staff, I had a issue on how to use a product that I had purchased and sent an email, I received a telephone call within a couple of hours and Daniel was so patient, I have spoken to a couple of telephone support staff and they are so nice,house of mouth is lucky to have such friendly and knowledgeable people.I would not purchase from anywhere else.You will go to house of mouth for their range and price but you will stay for their sales and support service.

I have ordered teeth whitening gel from here and their assistance was professional and extremely helpful. I then ordered new custom moulds of my teeth and the process was well explained and the service was prompt. I'm so pleased with House of Mouth, and will only order from them in the future. They're really that good!

So these guys are actually amazing to deal with. Super informative when you call up. I even did a click and collect order and they did a courtesy call to make sure I picked the right option to pick up instead of delivery. Absolutely no wonder they have a perfect 5-star rating.

My experience so far has been exceptional!I spoke with Daniel twice over the phone before ordering and he was patient and extremely informative in answering my wide array of questions. I received the whitening pack after just one day (express post) and I have already done my moulds and sent it back, let’s see what the results are from here!!
