Outer Glow Beauty Therapy
I bought my wife a gift voucher for a $70 facial. According to their brochure this should take 45 mins and include eyebrow wax, double cleanse, exfoliate/peel, mask hand and arm massage, moisturize. However she was treated in 35mins and the eyebrow wax and hand and arm massage were not done. A long time was spent massaging shoulders and head which was not expected as part of the treatment and proved to be uncomfortable. This was a disappointing and unprofessional result.Clients should be sure to check what their treatment includes before the beautician commences.
