Christmas World at Castle Hill

Poor quality products and rude staff.Took an item back that was faulty and received nothing but bad attitude and along with being insulted.Will definitely not return and advise you find a better quality store.

Bad quality, never buy there. I bought a $118 outdoor Christmas deco, it just worked for 3 nights, and then out of function. They refused to exchange or return. Terrible experience.

This lady came in with her support worker & asked me to decorate her walker for her for Christmas, she didn't want traditional colours. She loved it ❤

There are a lot of cool Christmas items. It was a huge Christmas warehouse.The parking lot was spacious, so it was convenient to park, and there were many kinds of things, so it was a great shopping place to prepare for Christmas.A place where children and adults can get excited and prepare for the upcoming Christmas.

Ordered on the 27th of November and it’s now the 15th of December and the delivery date keeps getting pushed out (delivery is less than 100km away) Christmas World have replied that they shipped the order and it’s now up to the courier to delivery it-nothing they can do to help.

This store refused to refund for a broken item. Store management became verbally abusive , and physically tried to remove the person requesting a refund when she was completing a complaint form for Dpt of Fair Trading and Police. Head office also refused to refund nor acknowledge the assaults.:.

Brought solar lights last Xmas 2021 spent more than $500 and went to put lights up this Xmas and all not working . Called to see what return policy was and has 12 months my purchase is 3 days out from the 12 months ( one month use 11 months in storage) and won’t replace. Disgusting product do not buy from them!!!!!!

Amazing products has absolutely everything

After spending thousands of dollars on lights in this place!It’s disappointing the way you are treated if you want to return something unopened from 2 days earlier.We purchased a Net light which was unopened and returned for 2 x smaller LEDs. We were then informed that no refund is given and that you have to use money as a store credit.I explained we have so many Christmas things already and that we have tried already to spend the money again.Even though we have a membership we were told that we better keep the carbon paper receipt otherwise you won’t be able to use your store credit!I said can’t you put a credit on my membership account at least so if we lost our receipt or the carbon was to fade we still have this credit.The answer is no and bad luck this is store policy.Do yourself a favour and spend your hard earned money to people who appreciate there customers.No wonder they have an average google review rating!

Bought outdoor inflatable and a Santa stand from Christmas world Castle hill, took them home got them ready for display and neither item was in working condition, took them back and they told there was no way they would refund them they only offer store credit, when I said NO I want my money they became verbally aggressive and they removed the broken items outside and demand me to leave just because I was not taking the store credit.They are just breaking the consumer law and they think they can get away with it.
