Ally and his team provided a superb service to sell my Lathlain property.Having moved interstate, Ally did a great job managing the trades required to fix some issues after the tenants left, covered the jobs the property manager (different company) should have completed, organised an awesome staging setup for the property and ensure the property was finalised for settlement. If I had been in Perth some of these jobs would have been possible, but the Think Pink team did a great job ensuring jobs were completed professionally and timely.All of this service was provided with a very competitive commission rate and professionalism. One of their recommended settlement agents provide a quality service to match the Think Pink service.The service was seamless between the team on Ally's rostered days off.Ally got a great price for the property above expectations which was already a higher target than other agents in the area.Highly recommend Ally and his team for selling. We have rented with Think Pink for around 4-5years. I see some of the negative reviews and while I am not in the commenter's shoes, I feel that most of these are people living in Disney Land or Wonderland.For the people of those, please understand that business is business and imagine how many properties and families they have to deal with day by day. It is not easy to keep everything in control, however they do their job very well. If you treat them with respect, they will do the same to you.During our tenancy we had few maintenance requests which were taken care of very quickly and professionally. The staff always been very helpful and took care of us in any event we needed so. Tanya and Jasmin were great agents and very friendly. Inspections were always announced as per laws and they were respectful with our privacy.We will be looking forward renting with Think Pink soon again. Thank you.

I used the services of Think Pink in 2 real estate transactions at the end of 2022. I was selling my Unit in Carlisle and seeking to purchase an apartment in East Perth. I was employed for a number of years in a Customer Service environment. Therefore I expect a high level of Customer Service to be afforded to me by service providers. Where I believe that Think Pink has it over other agents is that Ally and Glen are the Principal's of the agency and you are dealing directly with the owners of the business who have solid experience in the industry and a friendly manner. They can immediately make decisions on what is the best marketing approach tailored to your property location and the budget you have available and what fees they will charge to secure your business. When the property is on the market they both attend on a rotation basis at Home Opens and in reality that means that the whole Company is working towards selling your property. My second purchase was in an Apartment and there were some difficulties with the mandatory Notifications documentation that is required to be provided to me by the selling agent that was incomplete. I was fortunate that Tanya from Think Pink who is well versed in the Strata Titles documentation requirements took on the issue for me and solved it in the manner of a highly skilled professional that she is. That certainly made me feel comfortable that l was in good hands at Think Pink Realty. I consider that the company provided me with a high level of Quality Customer Service" .
