Spoke to this company about my hot water issue, they were willing to assist, and gave me a very competitive price.( didn't try and rip me off like others)The plumbers that come out, were professional and did a very good job, aswell as fixing other leaks I had around the house.Strongly recommend this plumbing service and I will definitely use them again, and being local, more reason too!

It was not urgent but same day service. Plumber was professional, friendly & had a truck full of everything he needed to do the jobs. Price very reasonable. Do not know why we put up with all these leaks for so long. Highly recommend.

New Image Plumbing were very professional from start to finish. Management and the guys who installed our unit were courteous and pleasant to talk with explaining the process to us. We would recommend them for any plumbing job required. Very happy with the work done and with the hot water we now have.

I had a cold shower at 10:00pm on a Sunday night. Contacted New Image Plumbing at 8:00am Monday morning. By 11:00am I had a new hot water service installed and had hot water.They supplied the new hot water service unit and removed all the packaging and the old faulty unit.Great service, response and result.

Recently called for fixing a leak ( found through google search) in the kitchen plumbing, water main’s leaking and to extend cold water line to newly installed dish washer. Simon arrived in 45 minutes ( with live tracking) and finished the job. As the property is vacant and not an urgent work I didn’t expect the job would be done on that day when I was in the property. That’s a surprise. The pricing is also reasonable. Would be using them henceforth for my plumbing needs. Thanks Rob.

The guys are amazing, have brilliant product knowledge and and skills and are always happy to discuss my options and give me amazing prices. I use them for all the properties in Bacchus Marsh and can't recommend them enough.

Rob and his team are wonderful. I wasn't expecting same day service but that's what I got. Another problem came up while they were here, a phone call to Western water and a couple of hours later that issue was solved as well. Great service at a great price. Thank you guys!!
