Very unapproachable staff. One staff member in particular with facial piercings and tattoos was extremely rude after I asked for a refund (which I’m entitled to) because she didn’t have my size.As a retail worker myself, I understand refunds set back daily targets, but the customer shouldn’t take any form of attitude from staff.Won’t be shopping there again.
