I’ve used these folks for a few years now and have always had amazing and prompt service every time. I had a small issue with my car this morning, dropped it off and within the hour it was fixed and ready to go. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Just want to say a huge thanks for the exceptional service at My Car Stafford today. My day started with an almost dead battery in my car and multiple warning signs flashing. A quick call to these guys... I stopped in they replaced the battery immediately while I waited. They were quick kind and efficient and my car is back to driving like a dream. We gave our car for logbook service to this branch and asked them to check the battery as engine starts lazy. However, this is a default check as per their website. They said the battery is good but it stoped working just two days later when we were in an area with no mobile coverage. Lucky someone helped us to start and we replaced the battery. We relied on them and thought the reason might be we have not driven the car enough recently.We gave this branch a call to tell the story but they still are saying the battery was good and blamed us for overuse of the battery.How we could predict the battery is about to die just by listening to the engine start but you could not with your testing equipment???!!!!Car was with them a full day since early morning to late afternoon and enough time to check stuff.Better you improve your service and do what you have committed to as per your website rather than blaming your customer.

Topy great mechanics and store. Took the car in to find for the eqsseqntials package servicing. The qmqechanics picked up on what would have cost a new engine of we didn't replace a certain part. They phoned for permission to go ahead and it was done the same day (even though they were already fully booked and busy).Afterpay also very handy.The guys definitely go above and beyond and I would definitely recommend them. .

Had a new ECU installed in my vehicle. The waiting period it took until the part arrived was anxiety for me, however every time I called and spoke with Trevor which happened several times I found his response and explanations was reassuring and to the point. When I got my vehicle back l noticed the difference in the performance it was100% plus. Trevor and his team also did other work on it.Thanks Trevor and team highly recommend you guys. I’ll be back
