I had the best experience this morning at this store, a great customer service with a quick and easy exchange for a coat that was the wrong size, with limited stock they found one for me. The lady was very friendly and professional, Thankyou so much!

Started off with nice service then another Lady took over. Hovered while my daughter put one shoe on to try. When my daughter stood up, she abruptly snapped at her and told her not to walk around as this wasn’t allowed as the particular type of shoe may crease. Maybe this should have been explained to us before trying the shoes on and nearly making my child cry, like she had done something wrong. Customer service needs improving at Rockingham store!

If I could give half a star I would! Have shopped at the Rockingham store twice before, give them the benefit of doubt, but the staff interaction with us is the same dreadful experience every time. Same preoccupied, distracted, uninterested and rude 16 something year olds providing absolutely no customer service other than to quickly take your hard earned money and move on to the next poor soul only to provide similar service. If not for the brands sold this is a terrible shopping experience.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!After browsing and being hassled about what I want I made my way to the counter to not be greeted but ignored by the manager herself and another employee on their phone and laughing, while at the counter the conversation continued between the two completely ignoring the fact they were serving someone.The attitude from all the girls in this store is trashy and unbelievable, poor excuse of a manager and poor excuse of employees.If you paid the same attention to customers as you do to your phones you would have a better chance of getting better reviews.
