I went here to get a volume lash set, after laying down for who knows how long i opened my eyes to the most natural looking lashes they were so natural that there was gaps after i asked for them to be full long volumes, she (mia. i think that was the girls name) said that she would be able to do it. after the appointment she said i didn’t have many lashes which i know i did since i am a lash tech myself. i refused to pay there expensive prices for the set i had gotten and i’m guessing the owner said to the lash tech “just put more lashes ontop of the lashes already there” and was practically yelling at this poor lash tech and also putting lash extensions ontop of lash extensions is severely bad for your natural lashes i refused and (mia the lash tech) agreed with me not to do that. i walked away only paying $50 (which was the deposit for the appointment to be booked) later that day my eye was very red and somewhat puffy (which has never happened to me before and i’ve tried plenty of glues) the next morning my eye was so puffy and red and irritating. it was to itchy to the point i had to remove them myself the next day!! i messaged them telling them the situation and never got a reply back. i do not recommend to go here.

I saw Patrizia today for a full body massage and it was honestly the best massage I've ever had, I felt so comfortable with her immediately, she's so kind and professional. I will definitely be rebooking

I had a spray tan here and my daughter gets her legs waxed. As a curvier gal, I don't love standing in front of a stranger in my underwear, but the beautician, Lisa, was fantastic. She was really casual, made lots of small talk and I spent most of the session laughing. It was actually really good fun. Very happy with the colour too. Would definitely go here again.

Lovely facial and massage package for decent price. Was treated by Annie who also shaped my brows a few days before. Both services were professional & efficient. Patricia did my facial and was also very lovely. Altogether a very relaxing 90mins at Beautiloco.

I got my legs waxed by Amy and she did an absolute amazing job. She was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. She was so thorough with her work. One of the best waxing I’ve got from this service.
