Hey Craig Smith same thing happened to me... Under quoted and under delivered, the cost was more than double than the initial quote... Kept putting me off, 1-2 weeks work took 8 weeks plus to complete to there so-called standard. When eventually I picked up the car it limped home and have since taken it to a professional mob who have fixed it but it has cost me more money again. This was a clear case of them talking the talk but not walking the walk. CUSTOMER BEWARE !!

Tried to tell us the exhaust needed a cat when clearly it had one.Then argued with an exhaust technician and decided to up the anty by saying he wanted a 300 cell cat fitted.Even argued about polution fitting on exhaust when the law wasnt in when the car was manufactured.Stung me $190 well above what other mechanics charge for a RWC.Learnt s valuable lesson ,shop around and never use someone who hasnt a clue what their talking about.
