Booked a whole body massage and they only did back and back of legs. Not to mention she left 4 times. FOUR. once to serve a customer at the front desk, left the door open, and someone else came in to massage me.Worst massage I’ve ever had. So disappointed. And the price was more expensive then other places in the centre. DO NOT waste your time or money.I should have asked for a refund but could not get away from that place quick enough.

Booked easily for the times we hoped for. Very good pressure and one of the most effective massages I've ever had.

Can’t complain that if you want an extremely deep tissue massage then go here to experience the ball of someones elbow in your spine. Furthermore communication and appreciation for your business is overlooked. When i was finished they left the room and when i exited they had disappeared. No thankyou or nothing.

So, I'll start with the positive, they fit me in straight away, and were reasonably priced. But sadly the positives end there, the gentleman doing my massage didn't speak English very well, and seemed to not understand when I was pointing out that I have a lower back injury, and wanted the massage focused on the stresses and knots in my upper back, I also did not ask for, and didn't really enjoy the cupping" or stinging hot rocks

Pros: I got a refundCons:- Massage lady kept walking in and out of the room- Her co-worker in the next room didn't speak or understand English so my massage lady had to keep yelling out the translation of english words- Massage lady forgot to massage my hands and my right leg- (I got my 2nd covid jab today which I told her at the counter before the massage) so half way through the massage she started telling me about how she didn't get any symptoms when she had hers.- instead of covering one leg and massaging the other, she pulled the towel up to rest on my lower back. Meaning my legs and bum fully exposed. She then proceeded to open the door and talk with a customer with the door open enough that if someone walked past there would be no privacy for me.I walked out of the room and asked for a refund. I felt uncomfortable, anxious and angry. I walked in with a headache and walked out with a worst headache.

I was unaware that the massage therapist was an older male. I was not asked where I would like to be massaged or areas to avoid. I had asked for a relaxing massage and not medium or firm, it was excruciatingly painful to the point I kept telling him it was painful. It felt very forceful and he was moving my legs in ways that I felt exposed my privacy and I kept trying to move my legs into a more comfortable and less vulnerable position, but he kept pulling them back. I kept trying to pull the towel over myself to cover up but it felt useless. I ended up asking him to stop and change with a female therapist after a while because I was so tense and uncomfortable. I ended up just getting dressed and asking to leave. This situation brought me to tears, the female therapists were comforting and understood I was feeling overwhelmed and offered me a full refund. I would not recommend going here. At minimum they should ask if you mind being massaged by a male, where you feel comfortable being massaged, and they should be conscious if you tell them it is painful and find the right pressure. It was a really awful experience.
